Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase time by using the "contact us" tab and providing the following information

- Order #

-Date & time of order

-Reason for cancellation

-Please be sure to include "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST" on the top of your message

After the 24 hour period orders will not be granted the ability to cancel. Please be mindful of our hours of operation, Any cancellation requests received outside of our operation hours will not be granted. 


Damaged orders

No refunds are granted unless your order arrives damaged. In the case of a damaged order we are more than happy to provide you with a replacement of any product(s) that were comprised.

If your order happens to arrive damaged you MUST contact us within two (2) days of delivery with pictures and a description of the damaged product(s). Please be sure to include clear pictures of both the product(s) and the shipping envelope or box. The product(s) must be sent back to us at YOUR expense, once we receive the damaged order we will then proceed to ship the replacement product(s).

If we decide that your damaged order qualifies for a replacement YOU THE CUSTOMER are responsible for all shipping costs of the replacement order.

 

We do not issue the replacements if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
your order was damaged by mail carrier (will be determined by return/replacement email request)

 

Failure to provide any of the requested information will result in no reply from The Boss Brat Boutique.
